Have you ever been to the Aquarium in Denver?

I'm trying to decide whether to vacation in Albuquerque and going to the aquarium. Or go to Colorado and go to the Denver Aquarium. I looked at the website, but not much is said about only being able to walk and observe all the fish. My 5 year old would have more fun walk and look after dinner with a giant tank. Any help would be great.

I take my kids there often. Very nice, but we have great mammals such as whales and seals as they have in the New York Aquarium. Larger animals they have are the sharks. They have an open tank where you can clean feed and pet stingrays, and that's very funny. Children's Museum is very near, and the Denver Zoo is very nice, and Elitch Gardens (park theme), so there are other things to do besides the aquarium. ETA: Yes, you can walk around and look at the fish. We have never actually been in the restaurant.
